The reason for this is that part of your change seems to have caused a problem (type: UNIQ QINU) with some part of one of the MediaWiki parsers that I am using. I have just downloaded the latest release of Cite ((201992c) of 21:25, 2 February 2015) which does not look to have retrospectively solved the situation.
