Added magnitude symbols

Dear Jeffcomer,

I have added some magnitude symbols to the SPC and SCP/E pages in order to correct the error that you spotted. I still haven't been able to solve the "UNIQ QINU" problem, which seems to be related to one of the MediaWiki parsers that is used on SklogWiki.
